If anyone else on these lists is at the Run of the Charles ( http://www.crwa.org/rotc/rotc.htm ) race this coming sunday (10/29). I would be interested in meeting anyone who happens to be there. The Run of the Charles is probably the biggest race in New England. There's a 26 mile professional canoe race (with $10,000 in prize money), a 24 mile/5 leg canoe relay (that gets over 100 teams of 8-10 paddlers), a 19 mile "serious" race, a 9 mile race, and a 6 mile race.
