[Paddlewise] Doug's new Work E-mail address

Heads up y'all,

As stated in the header, Mr. Lloyd has opened his work e-mail address up
to the riff raff on PW.  I've reversed the paragraph order of his
forwarding request so it makes sense quicker to everyone.

"Vince, can you do me a favour and forward this message to the
Paddlewise
list, as I'm sure someone will have taken me to task for being without a
helmet. I could have been seriously hurt, so any flames would be
appropriate. I'll have to start paddling with Collin from the UK   8-)

"Please note this e-mail address is for Monday to Fridays only, and
nothing too private or too long should be relayed, as it is part of a
monitored government domain. Safe paddling.

"As far as the lack of helmet, I went
and ordered a new "Predator" (Canadian made, eh!) helmet from the local
paddlesport store (Ocean River Sports; Chris - fellow paddlewiser - was
very helpful. I ordered a large unit, so as to be able to wear it over
my skull cap. Previously, I couldn't wear both properly, so that is part
of the reason I opted for the skull cap rather than the helmet on my
trip Monday. The Preditor Helmet is bright red candyapple, short cut for
better placement over the neo hood. Cold considerations won over crash
protection on Monday. When my new helmet arrives I'll have the choice of
wearing either my old helmet for warm days, or my new helmet with neo
hood underneath for storm-stomping days.
