Got to http://tbone.biol.sc.edu/tide/sitesel.html and then click on the link for "Alphabetic list of all current speed sites" it takes a minute or two to load as it is a very large page (600 KB I believe). I can't vouch for the accuracy of this site as I have never used it before for currents but I just checked a couple of dates in July for Weynton Passage and the times on this site were within 5 minutes of the times published in the Canadian Tide and Current Tables.
