Has anyone ever paddled (or even visited) Cape Verde? This is a small island country 400 miles west of Senegal in Africa. I have a big fascination with the music from Cape Verde, and I am curious what it would be like to kayak around there. This is just a half-formed idea, but I thought I would start my investigation by asking around on PW'ise. Thanks for any information you might have.
