Now that the whole underwear question has been posed...
I have one of my own.

How to you women paddlers guard yourself against shoulder
strap abrasions?

When I paddle, I oftentimes wear a swimsuit underneath.
I've also worn a shorts bra/cool max shirt combo...
But the elastic in most of them rub my shoulder raw.

Do any of you have suggestions about brands and whatnot?

Thanks in advance!

Monica Funston

Not being of a large build, I find that the elasticity of my wetsuit
provides sufficient support in and of itself, and have come to think of
additional undergarments as solely for cosmetic or social comfort. That
being said, I also found the straps of a swmsuit to be somewhat binding
and opted for a soft sportsbra with wide straps when I feel something
other than my regular paddling wear is desired.
 :)

Tori .... Off to alaska in three days! Tell you all about it when I get
back.
