hello, a group of friends of mine (4 persons in total) are planning to sea kayak the inside passage from bellingham (washington state) to juneau, during spring/summer in 2002 (period of about 3 months). i am writing to you from sydney (australia). i basically need the entire information regarding the trip... eg, cost of kayaks, most suitable type of kayaks, best time of departure, tidal/weather info, location of towns, radio rescue frequencies. a realistic length of time required to complete the trip....... the list goes on and on..... basically i am starting from scratch. the trip has been set for this time period for the last 3 years and this is my first attempt to make contact with an organisation/people who may be able to help with the planning and offer advice. can anyone help me out or if not...... can you refer me to someone/organisation who could. perhaps an introduction to a person who has actually undertaken this trip. any response/advice would be greatly appreciated! ! ! ! ! ! ! . thanks. regards, peter relf.
