[Paddlewise] Rolling with Maligiaq

I am looking for a source for John Heath's video "Rolling with
Maligiaq".  I have tried the only URL that I have for John
Heath    http://www.fbtc.net/~jdheath/  but that doesn't seem to
work.  

Does anyone have  a URL for John Heath or for the video? A
Canadian source would be best, but U.S. is okay too.
