Thanks to all who responsed on the list or back channel about the stroke question. I had said to numerous folks that I was going to try out the advice and expierment a bit last night. Just wanted to let you know the expirement was a bust. I got out on the water for about 2 hours, but the wind and waves made it too difficult for me to do any good expirementing. Too many other variables last night to tell what effect the stroke differences were having. I won't have another chance until next week....working tonight, daughter's 12th B-Day party Friday night (15 kids in a pool then a sleepover - H-E-L-P!!!) , and kids taking me on a canoe outing for fathers day week-end :-) Anyway, it could be Wednesday evening before the kayak sees water again, but I'll try expirementing then.
