Absolutely. It's the perfect thing for hypalon, vinyl and polyurethane
folding boat hulls. I coat all my folding boat hulls with it once or
twice a year. I once bought a used Folbot, sight unseen, that arrived
with really bad hull oxidation. I cleaned it up with 303 and it's looked
like new for a couple of years. I don't use it on drybags as they're not
exposed much to UV, but I put it on my deck bag and the inflatable float
and pump I keep on the deck.

The 303 fabric treatment is great for those parts of a boat made of
uncoated synthetics. I use it topsides on Folbots and older
Feathercrafts.
