Thank you Peter. We US citizens have been moved by the offers of sympathy and warm wishes and offers of help from around the world. But as this tragic scene continues to unfold, it has been revealed that the losses are not only our own citizens. CNN reports today that hundreds of Britons were working in the World Trade center, as well as citizens from Mexico, South Korea, Japan, Ireland, Australia, and many others. I realize this has been mostly off-topic for the list, but I believe most here will understand the exception in this most unprecedented event and also understand the need to express feelings of concern, sympathy and grief for our friends everywhere. Thanks to all for their kind words of sorrow and support and to all those affected in all parts of the world, please accept my deepest and most heartfelt condolences.
