Accelerated nicely and handled much better than one would expect for almost 19' of boat. Lots of tracking (which is good, if you tend to like that sort of thing. At 18'-10" long, it also has a relatively full waterline, and is very fast. You can cram a lot of gear in it, but at 21", it can easily be handrolled. (Dunno about handrolling with gear, tho). It's a really fast boat, too, if I didn't already mention that.
