I use an Otter box for my digital camera. It is small and fits into my deck bag, and is lined with foam so it is easy on the camera. http://www.otterbox.com/technology.html They make them in a number of different sizes that will fit your camera. They are definitely waterproof. I also own a pelican case, but it is much bigger and bulkier than my otterbox. I also own an otter box for my PDA, I take my PDA so I can use tide tool (I am a hopeless electronic junky). Another suggestion would be to try a waterproof case that allows you to take a picture through the case. I am considering this one for my Sea Kayaking and rafting trips. http://www.ewa-marine.de/English/e-start-photo.htm They make the housing for a number of different camera models. By the way if anyone has used this model I would appreciate hearing about your experience. -- MZ *************************************************************************** PaddleWise Paddling Mailing List - Any opinions or suggestions expressed here are solely those of the writer(s).
