G'day Rick and Paddlewise,

I use a system set up by "Ocean Planet" and shown on their web page
http://www.oceanplanet.com.au/home.html You need to go to the "on line
store" button and then down the page to the "tow systems" button to see the
set up. its a simple V cleat with a thin cord connected through a rigid loop
behind the cockpit to a perception throw bag with a thick floating line.
I've used this to tow two kayaks simultaneously (victim and carer) and have
had no problems with the line slipping through the cleat - but you do have
to make sure the line is set properly in the cleat and a coin to push the
line in helps.

All the best, PeterO
