Does anyone have any suggestions about sea kayaking in the Roosevelt Roads 
area of PR?  Are there any local clubs?  Where should I rent?  Any special 
considerations?

Absolutely! Los Tortugas: 787 725-5169. If I remember the owner's name
is Mike and they have a range of trips. I went with them on a trip down
the Rio Grande to an idyllic beach where we ended up joining a group of
local fishermen for dinner and dancing on the beach. One of the more
memorable evenings I've spent in many years.

Mike is a former Coasty who married a local girl. They run trips to
other parts of the island.
