[Paddlewise] kayaking in Sweden

I may be going to Sweden this summer and while there, would like to do some
paddling (or hiking).  Due to time and finances, I'm not sure I want to do
the full guided tour route, but was wondering if anyone had information
regarding local kayaking/hiking clubs, particularly in the area of Stockholm
or Linkoping.  Thanks.
