My favorite paddling partner is escaping from our early January paddles in the icy, snowy climes of Lake Champlain in Vermont to go visit his surfing son in Honolula on Diamond Head fro Dec. 29 to Jan. 8. He is looking for a kayak rental place as well as some local paddling partners. He plans to bring his paddle and he is leaving his dry suit here.
