Kayak Violation Thanks to everyone for your advice and support and humor. I put on my black power suit, powdered my nose, and went over to the Meadows Community Association this afternoon. The manager of the association listened to my story and said I could shoot anyone who was prowling around in my garage in the middle of the night! (My husband says the note about the (broken) garage door left open was on the front of his car next to the interior wall of the garage.) The manager called the security company and talked to them. He says I can leave my kayak where it is. He told them to stay out of my garage. I asked him to drive by and look at the situation, but he didn't seem to think that was necessary. He just said to relax (I was in tears by this time.) and he would take care of everything. I'm waiting awhile for other developments. The first battle has been won.
