Mike VanDamm states that fuzzy rubber should be tested in cold water, as it will "flood." This is the exact experience I have had with mine. As long as I stay above the water, it's an excellend wind-breaker, and it's soft and comfy. But it's not tight like neoprene, so is next to worthless when immersed.
