[Paddlewise] sponsons vs paddlefloats

My opinion is that the debate is a bit of a non-starter. Paddlefloats and
sponsons have very different purposes. It really isn't one or the other.

Sponsons make the boat less tippy. But even the widest, most
sponson-endowed kayak can be tipped by the right conditions.

Paddlefloats make it easier to get back into a boat that the paddler is no
longer in, for whatever reason.

And even if the Inuit never did roll ever [which is ridiculous in the face
of the variety of rolls that are described from long, long ago], the roll is
a darn good safety skill for the person with the motivation to learn it.
