Hello, On the Burren, south of Galway along Galway Bay, in Ballyvaughn.... the guy who runs the show is Marc Jegou. The B&B I'd recommend is Rockyview Farmhouse in Fanore. Noel and Ita are wonderful folks, Fanore has a beautiful beach (sunsets are grand) that a dolphin sometimes visits. Doolin is a few clicks further down the coast, a great twon for music and a ferry link to the Aran Islands. The Doolin Cafe is a superb place for a lovely dinner. Noel and Ita's place has a great sun porch bvreakfast room, it's a nonsmoking house and their tea & breakfasts are delicious. Lisdoonvarna is near by, they've a great smokehouse for fish... and The Burren is a magical place to hike and see wild flowers from four different climate zones (that don't ordinarily coexist). It's an easy half day drive from Dublin airport car rentals, closer to Shannon...tho Fridays of Bank Holidays are not days to make time on the major roads.
