[Paddlewise] Lendal paddle widgets (was leashes)

Michael Daly's experience with the "tightening widget" on the variable angle
Lendal paddle parallels my own.  Happily, mine came off in its paddle bag --
but to find it apparently missing when I removed the paddle from the bag was
disturbing. Just never expected that it might come off that way.  Now I
tighten it, just a bit, after taking the paddle apart.
