Any idea what the procedure is for out-of-state vacationers who want to use their kayaks in Illinois but who come from a state where kayaks are not registered? I know I'd have trouble even coming up with a bill of sale for either of my boats (34 and 9 years old) and they have never been registered or titled. Should I just continue to avoid states that require registration when traveling with a kayak? *************************************************************************** PaddleWise Paddling Mailing List - Any opinions or suggestions expressed here are solely those of the writer(s).
