There is one different chart-case I know of, made in Germany by Zoelzer. It is closed with two moulded aluminium rails. I use one for two years and its really tight. It comes in four sizes. There is only one downside: You can easily loose the four small plastic screws (which hold the two rails together) while changing your chart.
