About the "full headers" thing: that allows me and other folks to trace the message back to its origin. It's a necessary part of spam-tracking. There's a nice guide to "how to view the full headers on your email messages" with instructions for all sorts of email clients here: http://www.claws-and-paws.com/spam-l/ Go to that URL and then under section 3, look for the fourth item, which is a link that reads: How can I view the headers with mail client X? Follow that link and you'll get the info for Outlook, Pegasus and about a dozen other mail clients.
