I'm relatively new to paddling and recently took a two hour private lesson with Steve at Bill Jackson's in Pinellas Park, a short drive from either Tampa or St. Pete. Steve was excellent. I learned Paddlefloat and assisted rescues as well as low and high braces and some basic strokes. The basic class is conducted in Bill Jackson's very nice heated pool. They also teach rolling classes as well as intermediate level classes (which I plan on taking as well). Based on my experience, I can easily recommend taking a class from Steve at Bill Jackson's.
