You have to be a member of the list to get a copy of the list.

The warm showers site states that they have been thinking of posting the 
information to the web but need to find a secure way of posting it.  This 
could be done as a password protected section of a website where the list 
maintainer periodically changes the password, so if you want a current list 
of what's available you need to contact the list maintainer.

I, for one, dislike the idea of posting the info in a publicly accessable 
place.  I would expect some who would be willing to host might currently be 
unwilling to
be listed on the whos who.  It doesn't make sense to me for a lurker to 
bother getting a who's who listing, I'm sure it makes sense to those that 
did get a listing ;-)

My guess is lurkers outnumber contributors by about 6 to 1.   That's a whole
lot of potential people/places to visit that are invisible.
