A couple of years ago I took the BCU 3 star assessment. The two assessors were both BCU star 5 accredited. At the end of the class, after we had been asked to perform all the required skills, someone asked them to show *us* their rolls. One of them rolled coming up laying back, the other almost kissing the deck. Up is good.
