I doubt this will help, but maybe it will. One thing you can do with a neoprene spray skirt is get it wet before you put it on. Also make sure you are putting it on correctly (ie start in back and slowly bring things up towards the front). You probably know this already but thought I'd mention it. Some spray skirts can be a really tight fit when they are new. Of course, if it really doesn't fit, then it doesn't fit.
