What are you using for a lantern, how do you like it, does it give sufficient light, is it rugged, is it fuel efficient, what kind of fuel does it take etc..... I use a Coleman Xcursion lanternit is tiny and puts out light equivalent to a 75 watt light bulb http://www.backpacker.com/article/0,2646,2070,00.htm One note of caution bring lots of mantles because I have not found the mantles to be durable. For headlamps it is hard to beat the LCDs.
