Buy Paul Dutky's book "The Bombproof Roll and Beyond"--a great book with excellent illustrations. By the time you learn all those rolls, verbal and written descriptions of rolls might be easier to figure out. Still, some people can be told what to do, others need to feel it, others need to see it. The listserve doesn't permit image attachment, but a couple good rolling classes with a good instructor might do you wonders.
