[Paddlewise] Stolden Kayak Notice-update

My boat and greenland paddle returned to me this afternoon, courtesy of
the Victoria Police. The boat has some cosmetic damage; the idiots tried
to remove the decals with a disk sander. White gas would have been
better and faster. I consider myself lucky that I have my boat with all
the padding I put in and my trusted Greenland paddle back.
