Walrus makes a Bug Hut 1 that is tiny, weighs little and covers your bag and 
head with netting.  It has a small frame that keeps the netting off your 
face.  With a tarp, there's no need for a bivy, just a bag is ok.  Unless 
the tarp isn't totally rain proof.  I've used the hut with a Walrus Trekker 
tarp and it's all I need.  The tarp is great for rainy day cooking.
