Its called the Triton II double.  

Amazingly enough, it almost feels like a single.  It has a lot of
length, but for two experienced paddlers, you can really make this boat
go!  Leaned turns, no problem.  Most doubles need a rudder, but I can
see why this one doesn't--the skeg should work just fine.

I rolled it with a partner--with and without her assistance, so I
imagine you could easily roll it with one of your kids, if they were so
inclined.

The downsides: cost--I think it's about $3,700, and weight: over 90
lbs. You'd want a cart and some Hully Rollers, as I imagine the kids
won't be of much assistance until they're older.  

It's a fun enough boat that they'd probably still want to paddle it
with you as teens or adults.
