I own one of the 20 Use Boom Boxes made by GTS (http://www.eco-safe.net/),
purchased from a paddle shop in Portland, OR (Alder Creek). I am sure other
paddle shops sell these, also.

Mine will fit inside the rear hatch of my Eddyline Wind Dancer, and most other
FG singles I have seen.  Stowed dimensions are about 13.5" x 9.0" x 8.0"
Don't know if it has NPS approval, but I bet it does.  No plastic liner, and
can be flushed directly into a disposal system.
