Gabriel, All though I wasn't able to attend Duane's practice session today, I have attended and co-hosted other club practice sessions. Most of us have totally abandoned the "All In Rescue" out here. The technique that I was taught to use in that situation is that everyone immediately starts to do whatever self rescue works for them. As people get in their own boats, they then paddle over and do an X rescue or bow to stern assisted rescue if the rescuee has already gotten his/her boat drained. The "All In" just takes too much time and keeps people in the water where they are susceptible to hypothermia for just too long a period of time.
