The ultimate floating line: floating Spectra. Found one reference to it at
http://www.theboatpeople.com/atr_safety.html#Floating_Rope

Searching Google using "+floating +spectra +rope" found a bunch of sites.

Haven't used it yet myself, but I'm going to try it out as a perimeter
line and as a rescue/tow line.
