I just finished my first (I have been given to believe that it won't be my last and I'll eventually end up with a lot of them) Greenland paddle (sorta lumpy) and now want to try and build a stich and glue Greenland style kayak. Do any of you out there have any experience and strongly held opinions about how either Pygmy's Artic Tern or CLC's Artic Fox paddles?? I have Sea Kayaker's review of the Artic Tern. The only opinions that I've heard is from someone that has a kevlar Artic Fox (not CLC's). She said that it weather cocked. Pygmy's web site says their Artic Tern does not weather cock. Thanks, you can reply off line and not clog up the list if you want to. John Blackburn Can't wait to start this project, but I have to clean out the garage first! *************************************************************************** PaddleWise Paddling Mailing List - Any opinions or suggestions expressed here are solely those of the writer(s).
