I mentioned earlier my two year old Garmin Etrex died while rolling. I had it in a waterproof case as always, but I failed to properly seal the case. I emailed Garmin and they replied a couple days later (today). They said they would give me half off the normal repair cost to fix the unit. Last night (before receiving Garmin's reply) I took the GPS to Eastern Mountain Sports where I purchased it. I told them the problem and said I purchased it over two years ago, but they gave me a refund anyway. I then purchased the Etrex Legend from them. I always get wonderful service from EMS and I recommend them highly.
