I am going to drive up to Midcoast Maine from Ft. Lauderdale next week. I will paddle harbors and inland with my hosts but would also enjoy some more serious paddling. I will be traveling with my Feathercraft Kahuna and would prefer to paddle with other single kayaks. The outfitters I have called seem to favor very short paddles with novices in doubles. Does anyone know of some clubs or groups that I might join while I am up there. Naturally I would reciprocate when they are in south Florida.
