subject: [Paddlewise] Hip Snap Exercise

I believe that William Wetzel was asking about exercises to improve his
hipsnap. One exercise I found that strengthens the hip snap is to hang from a
pull-up bar with your arms straight, raise your knees so your thighs are
horizontal, and then perform hip snaps back and forth. While I do each hip
snap repetition, I visualize myself doing a roll.
