A nice round of canvas, vs plywood, vs strip, vs poly, vs fiberglass, vs
???, could be most informative.   Many of us do not get to see much less
experience the variety available today.  There is a lot of folklore out
there and a good healthy discussion would be most welcome.  Perhaps we could
wait a couple months for ice when the discussions get really wound up.
