The photo was actually nominated for National Geographic photo of the year. http://www.urbanlegends.com/ulz/xshark.html I would tend to believe that orca breaching photo was a fake as well except that the video seems to match up with the still images well and it certainly isn't outside the realm of possibility that an Orca would breach close to a kayaker. On the other hand, I wonder how many kayakers would be able to roll up like the person in the yellow boat did after almost being crushed by a whale.
