[Paddlewise] Sponson use

What sort of pump of you using, a hand, electric, or foot? I ask this
because a little practice in conditions that are likely to cause a capsize
rapidly shows how hopeless hand pumping is.
Have you used sponsons after an unintended capsize? How did it go?
