Jack Martin "PRODUCT RECALLED: SOS Inc., the manufacturer of 'Sospenders Inflatable' pfd's is voluntarily recalling approximately 7,200 PFD's for safety inspection. Approximately 300 defective Hammar units in one lot of 500 were loaded incorrectly and will not inflate. This recall affects all PFD's sold under the Millennium product label, as well as the Hammar rearm kits. These units were sold to consumers by West Marine between March and August of 2002.
