[Paddlewise] Paddlewise & Sponsons

Before responding to your request for feedback on sponsons I have a few
questions of my own for you. What are the details of your “contract” with
the U.S. Coast Guard? Who can I contact in the U.S. Coast Guard to verify
this “contract” is legitimate. Who in the U.S. Coast Guard is responsible
for commissioning this study? Why were you or your organization chosen to
perform this study? Was there a competitive bid process involved? Prior to
this project had you any knowledge of or contact with Tim Ingram or anyone
else promoting “sponsons” for kayaks? Are you a paddler? If so what is your
experience level and in which types of craft?
