In a recent article in Seakayaker reviewing neoprene gloves the reviewer disclosed that she normally used dishwashing gloves over a glove liner. Any body else use this technique?

My vague acquaintance with dish washing gloves is that they are skin tight. Any larger makes out there that will accommodate a liner for an average guys hand size?

I tried that and found that a dishwashing glove over a liner was too warm.
The dishwashing glove alone was plenty. I do not recall the air and water
temps, but I was WW boating in North Georgia in the winter.

If you need more insulation, I'd go for a fairly skinny liner unless you're
going to be out among the floes with Greg and Harvey. A heavy knit puts a
lot of squishy fabric between you and the paddle shaft, and I find I can't
get the precision I'd like. Sort of like putting softer bushings on your
car's front suspension.

For those that have problem with (possibly wet) wool against the skin it
isn't the optimal product, though!
