CanoeCopia in Madison Wisconsin is March 14 - 16, 2003.  Although the
Canoecopia web site says otherwise, the hotel connected to the convention
center still has rooms.  We stayed there last year and it was real nice to
be able to go back to the room between sessions and not have to mess with
parking.  Not cheap ~$107/night.
