Tony, I had the same problem deciding what size "Farmer John" to order from a mail order company last year. I'm 5'-10'', 190 lbs, 36" waist. I tried on a similar model at a local dive shop and decided on a "Large" suit . I'm glad I did. The thing fits like a glove (more like a corset) yet it is comfortable and allows me plenty of freedom to paddle, etc. By the way, the paddling jacket I ordered at the same time was also a "Large" and it also fit perfectly. No way could I use a "Medium" in either case. Hope this helps.
