[Paddlewise] de-rusting stainless steel knife - never mind

So I was being a bit lazy with that question about de-rusting 
stainless steel knife. After posting the question I grabbed some 
medium steel wool and gave the knife a good going over. A bit of 
steel wool, fresh water and elbow grease did the job. You can all 
ignore that question now.
