Not likely.  Those D-rings would not be strong enough attachment and would
eventually stress deck stitching.  In any case, since Feathercraft moved to
its new deck and hull materials about 3 years ago, it eliminated those
D-Rings.  The Kahuna lacks them.

The best place to tie a tow line is to a belt on the paddler that can be
easily released if this proves necessary.
